Welcome to this new website, unfortunately it couldn't be under better circumstances, as if your reading this, your either very curious, or you have just been given the heart shattering news about Westie Lung. I will document here on a regular base the progress or should i say decline of Scamps as time goes on, hopefully this may help other people understand it a little better, into what is happening and what to expect. If you don't want to know, please don't read this, but if you do, please read on.

Today Scamps has been much more active than he has been for the past week or so. We take him for the same short walk every day, as he cant manage his full walk around the park anymore.

Today has been a bad day, it was so bad that my fiance took him for a walk at about 10am before i got up, and she only got as far as half way up Mowbray close and had to pick him up and carry him home

Today, we have decided to take some videos, so you can see his progress or decline which ever it may be. We walked to the park and had to carry him home, but that maybe because we are trying to to hard from him to walk and encouraging him to much. I think from now on we will just allow him to walk at his own speed, and not push him.

This morning Scamps was looking so ill, that Litsa and I had a detailed conversation about when we will visit the vet to put him at rest, as he was suffering so much with his breathing and every foot step he made was like climbing a mountain. |

Ive called this the end, as i cant think of another title. On Monday the 5th April at 2am, everything came to an end with scamps illness. There is no real easy way of writing this, and it has taken me 4 days to build up the courage to actually make this entry. |

This entry was written after scamps passed away, but i wrote the email below about 12 hrs before he died not knowing he was going to go, hoping i maybe able to do give some form of help, but scamps beet me to it. |
